Review

I used the Zpacks DCF wallet zip pouch after they sent it in for me to test. I took it on the Rota Vicentina and the Pacific Crest Trail and it went well with my kit setup. So why the Zpacks DCF wallet zip pouch?

Why the Zpacks DCF wallet zip pouch?

Zpacks kindly sent me some gear to test and one unexpected bit of kit was the DCF wallet zip pouch. What I really wanted to use it for is to replace the Life Venture lightweight wallet I’d been using for ages to something even lighter and simpler so it was the perfect upgrade for me.

How well does it work?

All of my cards and cash were kept very dry, although in some heavy downpours because it’s not completely sealed, things could get wet, so I decided to keep it in my pack most of the time because there wouldn’t be the need to have it out on the trail until I got to a town.

Value for money

A 6-gram solution to a wallet which works perfectly fine and for less than what you might normally spend on a wallet. Can’t go wrong.
